Westminster Woods Camp and Conference Center 6510 Bohemian Highway, Occidental
Open exploration and scavenger hunt, creek explorations at noon and 2pm, ziplines, treehouse, & cargo net

Santa Rosa

Environmental Discovery Center Spring Lake Regional Park, 393 Violetti Road, Santa Rosa
Kids crafts, family hikes, bird walks, face painting, live reptiles, “story walk”, story time with author Matthew Gollub  – hosted by Sonoma County Regional Parks, Reptile Rescue, & SC Libraries/Bookmobile

Fairfield Osborn Preserve Sonoma State University, 6543 Lichaua Road, Penngrove
3 hour guided tours of the Preserve at noon & 2pm

Sonoma County Wildlife Rescue 403 Mecham Road, Petaluma
Visit the Predator Prevention Educational Barnyard, animal crafts, & tour the facility to see native wildlife

Sonoma Valley

Maxwell Farms Regional Park 100 Verano Avenue, Sonoma
Guided hikes along creek, watershed activities, indoor games, rock climbing wall, & food truck – hosted by Sonoma Ecology Center, Sonoma Land Trust, & La Luz

Sonoma Mission & Vallejo Home California State Parks, 114 East Spain Street & 3rd Street West, Sonoma
Activities include candle making, basket weaving, wool spinning, tortilla and butter making, & leather tooling; the Pomo Youth Dance Group kicks off the day at 11am at the Mission, hike at 11am leaving from the Vallejo Home

 

End the day with concert by Zun Zun from 4pm to 5:30pm at the Roseland Village Neighborhood Center, 665 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa
