“Join volunteer docents Francisca and Lexi for a Heart Walk at the beautiful Bohemia Ecological Preserve. This unique gathering will weave meditation, community connection, and the healing presence of nature.
During this special experience, we’ll begin with a heart-centered meditation, creating space to deeply connect with our own hearts while in the embrace of the natural world. As we journey together on a guided silent hike through the preserve, you’ll be invited to maintain this heart-centered awareness – allowing it to become an offering that flows between ourselves, our fellow participants, and the living landscape around us.
This contemplative walk offers a chance to step away from the busy world and into a more intimate relationship with both our inner landscape and the natural environment that holds us. Whether you’re experienced with meditation or simply curious to explore, all are welcome to share in this gentle practice of presence and connection. “
