“This special evening begins with an informative presentation from NorCal Bats, featuring live bats! Learn about the lives of our local bats, the harmful myths that surround these animals, and the importance of bats in our ecosystem. There will be space for questions and answers at the conclusion of the presentation. All bats shared in this live presentation are certified as non-releasable by the California Department of Fish & Wildlife and the U.S. Department of Agriculture—injury precludes them from surviving the wild. The bat is projected, via movie camera, onto the projector screen for all to view.”
