“Join a dedicated group of volunteers from the California Native Plant Society (CNPS) as they remove ice plant at Doran Park. While pretty, ice plant chokes out native plants and reduces habitat for endangered birds like the Snowy Plover. This ongoing project has removed acres of ice plant and is the focal point or our restoration efforts at this coastal park.
