“Learn about native plants and the benefits they have for the local wildlife. Participants will make their own wildflower seed balls to plant at home or launch into an open space! Bring your junior scientists over to the Environmental Discovery Center to enjoy a kids-only, interactive science hour. Adults can head out into Spring Lake Park to enjoy rejuvenating, kid-free time in nature! Activities are ideal for kids ages 6-12. The cost is $5 for Sonoma County residents and $7 for out-of-county attendees. For more information, contact ParkPrograms@sonoma-county.org. Registration required.”
