“Join Sonoma Land Trust and special guests for a field trip through West County to visit the redwood forests and learn about SLT’s redwood forest conservation efforts through the years. We’ll visit Freezeout Redwoods, which was purchased in 1992 with funds from the Land Protection Fund created by Ina Warner, a woman known as the Environmental Godmother of Sonoma County. We’ll journey through the 1500-acre Monte Rio Redwoods Expansion, protected in 2025, and the eastern end of the Jenner Headlands Preserve.”
