“Stewards invites you to join Deneene Bell for a 60 minute, all-levels yoga and meditation in the redwoods.

Deneene will be leading the group in at the Redwood Forest Theater, in Armstrong Redwoods. As you enter this sacred space, the dappled sunlight filtering through the canopy creates a tranquil ambiance, inviting you to leave behind the stresses of modern life, allowing you to reconnect with nature’s embrace. With each posture, you feel a profound sense of grounding, drawing strength from the ancient roots that anchor these towering trees.”
